About Me…

I’ve been where you are. When I turned 40, I struggled with body image, chronic stress, and frustrating symptoms like constipation, rosacea, poor sleep, and unexplained weight gain. I tried to fix it all with more cardio and restrictive eating—but it only made things worse. Everything changed when I shifted my focus to lifting weights, eating more protein, reducing stress, and ditching the chronic cardio. Now, I help women over 40 do the same.
