Hi, I’m Courtney

I’m a Physician Assistant and certified health coach. I help women 40+ build strength, prevent bone loss, and reclaim their confidence — without exhausting cardio, crash diets, or second-guessing what their bodies need.

With over a two decade in medicine, I’d spent years helping patients through all kinds of health challenges — but when my body started changing, I realized how little support was out there for women like us.

What’s worse? Most advice was outdated, ineffective, or just plain wrong for women in midlife.

My Own Journey Started back in 2021…

I was in my early 40s, exhausted, frustrated and slowly losing the strength and muscle I once took for granted. The workouts I used to rely on to stay fit and lean were no longer serving me.

My energy was taking, my confidence was fading and even with all of my medical knowledge, I felt completely stuck.

Then One Day, Something Amazing Happened…

I learned that with the right kind of strength training — tailored to support midlife hormones and bone health — I could rebuild muscle, protect my bones, and feel like myself again.

That moment changed everything for me.

I stopped chasing weight loss and started training for strength. I learned how to fuel my body, not restrict it. I saw my energy, confidence, and resilience come back — and I knew I had to share this with other women.

Deep-Dive Initial Session

We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment where I get to know your full health history — including your nutrition habits, exercise experience, sleep, stress, symptoms, and lifestyle.
