Meet Courtney!
Courtney is a former physician assistant turned women’s health coach, helping women over 40 build muscle, protect their bones, and reclaim their strength through evidence-based fitness and nutrition.

It All Started When…

I hit 40 and suddenly felt like a stranger in my own body. I had spent years doing everything I thought was “healthy”—hours of cardio, eating light, and pushing through stress like it didn’t matter. But despite all my effort, I was struggling. My sleep was awful, my digestion was a mess, and my skin flared up with rosacea. I felt exhausted, anxious, and frustrated. And no matter how hard I worked out, the scale kept creeping up.

But Then Everything Changed…

I realized I had been doing everything wrong. Instead of supporting my body, I was burning it out. I stopped obsessing over cardio and started lifting weights. I stopped restricting and started prioritizing protein. I focused on stress management instead of pushing through exhaustion. And over time, everything changed—my energy skyrocketed, my digestion improved, my skin cleared, and I finally felt strong again.

Now I’m Able to Help Women Like You…

Through my coaching, I help women over 40 ditch the outdated advice that’s keeping them stuck. No more fear-driven health tactics or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I offer personalized fitness and nutrition strategies that work with your body, not against it—so you can build strength, protect your bones, and feel your absolute best in midlife and beyond.

Fun Facts About Me…

🧘‍♀️ I’m a certified yoga instructor, but you won’t catch me doing hours of slow flow—I love strength-focused yoga!

🏋️‍♀️ My favorite lift? Probably Farmer Carries… there’s something empowering about picking up heavy weights and walking around with them!

🏃‍♀️I used to run marathons and ultramarathons, my best marathon time was 3 hours 38 minutes, even though I don’t run anymore, I sometimes miss that runner’s high!

🏡 I’m a total homebody—give me a good book, a puzzle, and a cup of coffee and I’m happy!

🐶 I have two dogs who keep me active (and make sure I never skip a walk!)

❄️ I cold plunge every morning! Yes, even in winter!
