This month I am launching my 1:1 coaching program to address these issues and more. Not only do I have the expertise to help you meet your goals, but I too have been where you are. This program is the program I wish I had when I was struggling with changes in my body.
Through research and a lot of anecdotal testing I quickly learned that not eating enough protein, excessive cardio and not taking the time to care for myself were hindering my progress and actually causing harm. Fatigue, belly fat, horrible rosacea, and difficulty sleeping were just a few of the signs my body was giving me.
Here is what I did: I stopped excessive cardio and started strength training, increased my protein intake, and focused on self-care (started saying no to things, quit my stressful job, and improved my sleep). These changes now seem so easy but at the time were difficult. Realizing this has helped to motivate me to share my knowledge, plan and experience to help other women just like me so they don’t have to struggle.
