I started a blog in 2024. Not something I planned on and to be honest I am still surprised that I have stuck with it. Writing has always been a struggle for me, especially when it comes to writing about myself or something personal. I started a similar blog back in 2018 but after a few months I got bored and didn’t continue.
I am really proud of myself for showing up every week. I have felt like quitting multiple times. The internet is full of information, and it is hard to not feel imposter syndrome. It has been a challenge for me to put myself out there every week and I appreciate you taking the time to read. My main goal is to help others. Researching and writing these posts helps me to not only give you the information but has also taught me so much as well.
My blog continues to grow each week which helps to motivate me to continue to show up, even if I don’t feel like it some days. It feels good to do hard things.
My goals for this year are to continue to show up each week with entertaining and informative content. I am also launching my 1:1 coaching business where I will help women build muscle, increase their protein intake and get the support they need through the menopause transition. The program will be 12 weeks (about 90 days) and I will provide a customized exercise program and nutrition plan for each client. I can’t wait to get started!
Now that we are in 2025, I thought it would be fun to do a quick recap on the most read blog posts of 2024.
