My 1:1 coaching program is designed for women 45+ who want to build strength, boost energy, and feel their best through menopause. Each program is fully customized with a personalized strength training plan, high-protein meal guidance, and ongoing support. You’ll get biweekly coaching calls, unlimited in-app messaging, and access to helpful resources on nutrition, mindset, gut health, and more.
We track progress with DEXA scans to measure muscle, fat, and bone density. Choose from a 3- or 6-month option based on your goals.

Walk and Talk Program
My Walk and Talk program is perfect for women in the Madison, Wisconsin area who want to improve their health, reduce stress, and get support—all while moving outdoors.
We meet in person for a walk and casual coaching session focused on your goals, whether that’s fitness, nutrition, or navigating menopause.
It’s a great way to boost your mood, get fresh air, and make progress without the pressure of a formal setting. Each session is personalized, supportive, and designed to leave you feeling empowered. Walks are scheduled at convenient local spots and tailored to your pace and preferences.
