My Personal Journey & How I Discovered the Solution
Hi, I’m Courtney, a Certified Menopause Coach, Physician Assistant, and Nutritionist who helps women just like you build strength, protect their bones, and reclaim their energy—without punishing workouts or fad diets.
For years, I followed all the traditional health advice—eating “clean,” doing more cardio, and cutting calories—yet I still felt exhausted, weak, and stuck in a body that wasn’t responding the way it used to.


My Journey to Becoming a Menopause Health Coach Started Here…
Like many women over 40, I found myself frustrated with the changes happening in my body. I was losing muscle, my energy was dipping, and no matter what I tried, I wasn’t seeing the results I expected.
The strategies that worked in my 20s and 30s were suddenly ineffective, and I felt like I was spinning my wheels.
But One Day, Something Amazing Happened…
I knew there had to be a better way, so I stopped chasing the quick fixes and dove deep into the research. I experimented with different training and nutrition approaches and worked with experts in the field.
