High Protein Yogurt Bowls

These high protein yogurt bowls are rich and creamy offering a filling and satisfying breakfast or snack.  They contain only 4 ingredients making them a quick and easy meal for busy mornings.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup vegan yogurt (high protein)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (32.7 grams)
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
 

  • Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork.
  • Add yogurt and protein powder and stir until combined. You may need to add milk or water if your mixture is too thick.
  • Add in blueberries and any other optional ingredients. These bowls can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for meal prep.

Notes

  1.  Make sure you are using a high protein vegan yogurt.  I like to make my own out of soy milk or use the brand Kite Hill Unsweetened Greek Yogurt.
  2. I recommend using a protein powder that you like the flavor of.  My current favorite is Truvani
  3. You can use any fruit in place of the bananas or the blueberries.
  4. Top with fruit, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, granola, coconut flakes or nut butter.
