Strawberry Shortcake Yogurt Bowls (High Protein)

These strawberry shortcake yogurt bowls are your new go-to breakfast. They’re great for meal prep & packed with protein and to keep you full and fueled.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup High protein yogurt (Greek or Plant-based)
  • 1 serving Protein powder (vanilla flavored)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Graham crackers (crushed) or granola
  • 1-2 tsp Maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut whip (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine yogurt, protein powder and vanilla extract in a serving bowl.
  • Slice the strawberries into bite-sized pieces and mix into the yogurt mixture (save a few to garnish on top).
  • Sprinkle graham crackers on top along with optional ingredients.
  • Serve immediately or meal prep in jars for the week.
